Flock Someone in the Flight Against Cancer
April 7, 2006
Kappa Epsilon has once again started its “flocking” for the upcoming Relay for Life, an effort to raise money to fight cancer.
The Southwestern Oklahoma State University pharmacy organization will flock (place pink flamingoes in his/her yard or office door) someone to raise money for the fundraising drive. There is not an actual cost to flock someone, but the money is raised when the pharmacy group cleans up the location.
Cleanup cost is $5 for offices/residence hall rooms and $10 for houses or off campus locations in Weatherford.
Interested individuals can call (580) 772-2659 or email at email@example.com.
“Remember it costs nothing to have us flock someone and the more we flock the more money we raise for cancer research,” said Kristin Bearden of Kappa Epsilon. “All donations will be greatly appreciated and proceeds go to the KE Relay for Life team.”
The Relay for Life event in Weatherford is Friday, April 28.
