October Employee Spotlight at SWOSU
David Hiler and Leia Moore are the two employees in the spotlight at Southwestern Oklahoma State University during the month of October.
Hiler is a construction supervisor for SWOSU. He has worked at the university for almost 19 years. Hiler and his wife, Linda, live in Weatherford. They have three daughters—Lori Matthews and her husband, Lance; Kristie Roark and her husband, Aaron; and Kayla Hiler. They also have four granddaughters and one grandson. The Hilers attend the First Baptist Church of Weatherford. He enjoys hunting, camping, taking trips to the mountains in Colorado, and spending time with his grandkids. An interesting tidbit about Hiler is that he spent two years in the United States Army, 13 months was spent in Vietnam.
Moore has been an assistant research analyst for SWOSU since May 2006. She had previously worked at SWOSU from 2001-2005. She and her husband, Shamus, live in Weatherford. They attend church at The Father's House in Mustang. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, scrapbooking and reading.
