X-box Tour Coming Back to SWOSU
The MLB X-box Tour is coming back to SWOSU in Weatherford.
The Xbox Tour came to SWOSU in 2006 as one of only two stops in Oklahoma. The tour will be back this year on Tuesday, March 13, from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. in the Wellness Center on the SWOSU campus
The Hit-n-Run Tour is an entertainment experience that combines music, sports and videogame culture into one party. Admission is free, and the public is invited.
Cindy Dougherty, dean of students at SWOSU, said Xbox representatives will be giving away various prizes throughout the day.
Ten LCD hi-definition television stations with Xbox 360 video games will be set up at SWOSU. Participants will get to play the brand new MLB 2K7 (Major League Baseball game 2007) game as well as various other hockey and basketball video games.
There will be prizes and giveaways for everyone.
“We are fortunate that X-box chose SWOSU to be one of their stops again this year,” Dougherty said. “Students and everyone should have a blast.”
