April Employee Spotlight at SWOSU
Melanie Fast and Charles Isaak are the employees in the spotlight at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford during the month of April.
Fast of Weatherford is the records coordinator in the SWOSU Registrar’s Office. She has worked at SWOSU for six years. She and her husband, Robert, who works in the Physical Plant, have two sons: Nathan and Isaac. Fast attends the First Baptist Church in Weatherford. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and singing. An interesting tidbit about Fast is that she moved from Spokane, Wash., to Weatherford to go to school.
Isaak of Weatherford is a custodian for the Campbell Building at SWOSU. He has worked at SWOSU for over two years. He has a son, Derek, and his mother, Dorothy, also lives in Weatherford. Isaak said he tries to make people smile, and he enjoys meeting people, talking about cars, and remembering old times. He also enjoys diecast cars, records and CDs, and motorsports. An interesting tidbit about Isaak is that he has a 1986 Chevy Monte Carlo SS that he has occasionally entered into car shows.
