Miss SWOSU Wins Congeniality Award at Miss Oklahoma Pageant

Miss SWOSU Bobbi Poff of Elk City won the Congeniality Award at the Miss Oklahoma Pageant this past Saturday (June 7) in Tulsa.
Poff won a $400 scholarship for winning the award, which is voted on by all the Miss Oklahoma contestants. Poff also won a $350 non-finalist scholarship.
Poff’s scrapbook, designed by Connie Sharp of Weatherford, won second place in that competition.
The Miss Oklahoma Pageant was won this year by Miss Keystone Lake Kelsey Cartwright.
