SWOSU Raises $8,500 for Reserve Officer Program

A total of $8,500 was raised for the SWOSU Reserve Academy Volunteer Police Officers during a special fundraiser held November 16 on the Weatherford campus.

Rick Bolar, director of public safety at SWOSU, said the money will be used for CLEET training and equipment for the officers who donate their time to help keep the SWOSU campus safe.

SWOSU employees were arrested and jailed at the Burton House. They raised bond to get out.
