SWOSU Alumni and Friends to Gather in Canyon TX on December 29

Southwestern Oklahoma State University alumni and friends in the Amarillo (TX) area are invited to a reception following the SWOSU women’s basketball game on Thursday, December 29, in Canyon (TX).

The reception, hosted by the SWOSU Alumni Association and SWOSU Athletic Booster Club, will be held following the 6 p.m. game against West Texas A & M at approximately 8 p.m. in WT’s First United Bank Center Gymnasium, located at 4^th and Russell Long Boulevard.

Lynne Thurman, assistant to the president for institutional advancement, said alumni and friends should enter on the east side and the VIP room is near the front door of the center. Food and soft drinks will be provided.

SWOSU President Randy Beutler and several others from the university will be in attendance.
