SWOSU Student Wins Oklahoma P.E.O. Projects Fund Scholarship

Southwestern Oklahoma State University senior Jennifer Woodard (left) of Mustang recently won a $750 scholarship from the Oklahoma P.E.O. Projects Fund. Making the presentation is P.E.O. member Sandy Wolgamott. Woodard, who is majoring in elementary education at SWOSU, won the Julie Beth Osterhout Memorial Scholarship, which was established by Ron Osterhout in memory of wife Julia, who was a member of Chapter CM, Altus. Woodard is currently student teaching at Lakehoma Elementary School in Mustang.
