Dickey and King Join SWOSU Admissions & Recruitment Office
Jennifer Dickey and Brennan King have joined the staff of the Admissions and Recruitment office at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford.
Dickey will serve as assistant director of enrollment management and King will work as recruiter for the university.
Dickey is a graduate of Leedey High School and holds two degrees from SWOSU, a B.S. in Special Education and an M.E. in Psychometry. She worked for Weatherford Public Schools for 15 years before transitioning to private educational assessments and consultations. Dickey’s professional experience also includes stints as an assistant at Lockstone Funeral Home, executive director of the Weatherford Chamber of Commerce, and, most recently, development coordinator of the SWOSU Foundation and Alumni office. Dickey has a husband, Jeff, and three children.
King is a graduate of Binger-Oney Public Schools and graduated from SWOSU with a B.A. in History Education. He recently taught fifth and sixth grade social studies at Washington Elementary School in Clinton and has been previously employed by the SWOSU Physical Plant. King married his wife, Sarah, whom he met at SWOSU, in 2008, and the couple is expecting their first child in November.
