350 Youth Meet at SWOSU for Camp
More than 350 students from 20 Freewill Baptist Churches from Oklahoma and Texas are on the Weatherford campus of Southwestern Oklahoma State University for a youth camp this week.
The church youth groups are staying on campus from June 15-19.
This is the second year in a row the Freewill Baptist Church has held their camp at SWOSU. Campers stay in the residence halls, eat in the cafeteria, meet in classrooms and have access to the Wellness Center, recreation fields and swimming pool. The camp also holds services with a full band in the Fine Arts Center.
The camp’s usage of SWOSU’s facilities is privately funded by the Freewill Baptist Church.
