Salgado Wins at SWOSU-Sayre Dawg Day

Southwestern Oklahoma State University student Carlos Salgado won a laptop at the recent Dawg Day held on the SWOSU-Sayre campus. Making the presentation is Nancy Sanders, financial aid officer and Dawg Day organizer.
