SWOSU Starting Online, Accelerated MBA Program
The Everett Dobson School of Business and Technology at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford will offer an online, accelerated Master of Business Administration degree, beginning this Fall 2017.
The 33-hour program is designed as an eight-week, accelerated format to accommodate students’ changing needs. A full time student can complete the program in one year.
“The program was created due to demand from our alumni and professionals across Oklahoma,” said Lisa Friesen, director of graduate programs for the Everett Dobson School of Business & Technology. “The online course format will feature courses designed by SWOSU’s outstanding graduate faculty. We are excited to offer graduate students two program formats to fit their needs.”
The program will launch with two courses this fall with additional courses to launch in upcoming semesters. The program is open to prospective and current MBA students. Additionally, students can enroll in both 8-week and 16-week courses to fit their schedule.
The online delivery method is Canvas, a learning management system used by SWOSU.
