Weatherford are (from left): Emmaly Helt, Bailey Deutschendorf, Kylie Lent, Nehyma
Martinez and Terin Brownen.

Phi Beta Lambda is a national business organization that focuses on professionalism, service, leadership, and networking, and SWOSU’s PBL chapter on the Weatherford campus performs a different service project each month, showcases knowledgeable guest speakers, and competes in state and national-level competitions each spring and summer.

SWOSU PBL recently held a back-to-school bash to start the school year on a positive note by allowing students to mingle, meet SWOSU faculty, play games, and receive general information about the club. Over 40 people attended, and the club expects many new members this year.

SWOSU PBL meets at 7 p.m. on the first Monday of each month in Stafford 235. For additional information, contact faculty sponsor Jonna Myers at 580.774.7186 or jonna.myers@swosu.edu.
