SWOSU Receives $500,000 Gift from Fuller Estate

- The estate of Sayre native Bill W. Fuller has left Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a planned gift of $501,755 that will be used for scholarships to benefit the Sayre campus of SWOSU.

Billey Named CATC Regent

- Terry Billey, registrar at Southwestern Oklahoma State University-Sayre, has been elected to serve on the Board of Regents for the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribal College (CATC).

Walker to Address 173 SWOSU-Sayre Graduates

- Purcy Dale Walker will serve as guest speaker at the 71st annual Spring Convocation ceremony for Southwestern Oklahoma State University at Sayre on Friday, May 9, at 7 p.m. in the Sayre Public Schools Auditorium.

Sayre Spanish Class Begins Teaching English as Second Language

- SWOSU at Sayre’s Language and Literature Department has teamed up with the Oklahoma Department of Libraries’ literacy resource office to assist in teaching English as a second language courses.

Mobile Mammogram Unit Coming to SWOSU-Sayre

- The Radiologic Technology program at SWOSU-Sayre will partner with the Oklahoma Breast Care Center to offer digital mammography screenings on two Wednesdays, February 26 and March 5, on the Sayre campus.
