Purpose
To establish guidelines to be followed for internal renovations.

Bidding and quoting compliance for internal renovation projects will be monitored at the trade level. Trade level is, for example, (1) lumber, (2) carpet, (3) plumbing, (4) wallboard/sheet rock, etc.
