Professional Services Contract Policy

Section I

Title 74 Section 85.41 of the Oklahoma State Statute requires certain items to be obtained when the state contracts for professional services.

The University considers the following professions to be covered by this section:

Auditing/Accounting

Architectural/Engineering

Law
