Lab Software Policy

Reason for the Policy

To ensure the software installed in the labs and classrooms is run in accordance to the agreements we have made with the software companies.

General Statement

Information Technology Services will install software on the classroom and lab computers after we have the license agreements, any documentation which states any special agreements and the number of copies/licenses available for concurrent usage. Software licenses need be the same or greater than the number computers in the lab which the software will be installed.
