Academic Forgiveness Provisions

The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education grading policy for state colleges and universities includes three Academic Forgiveness Provisions. The Repeated Courses Policy, Academic Reprieve Policy or Academic Renewal Policy may help a student overcome low academic standing by establishing a retention and graduation GPA in addition to the cumulative GPA. The academic transcript will continue to be a full and accurate reflection of the student’s academic performance.
