Satisfactory Academic Progress

The financial aid satisfactory academic progress policy now requires all applicants maintain a 66% pass rate in all classes attempted. Also the maximum number of credit hours allowed to receive aid for a degree pursuit is now 186 for first bachelor’s degree, 48 for first master’s degree, 66 for second master's and 295 for the pharmacy doctorate program and 100 hours for your first Associate Degree, and 129 for your second Associate Degree.

Grades:

1. For financial aid purposes, all grades of A, B, C, D, S, P, F, W, WP, WF, I, N, X and U are hours attempted.
2. Only grades of A, B, C, D, S, P and N are counted as hours successfully completed.
3. Audit classes are not eligible for financial aid and are not counted as Hours Attempted.
4. All classes attempted at all institutions are used in S.A. P. calculations.
