Large, Second Floor West Classroom

Utilization Policy

The primary use of this room is for university classes.  Secondary use of the room is for special events or other activities as approved by the University administration through the Office of Institutional Advancement (OIA). 

Classroom use is scheduled through the Vice President for Administration and Finance Office, (580) 774-3037.

Special or other activities may be scheduled at any time the room is not being used for classroom purposes.  Such events will be scheduled through the OIA, Room 201 Administration Building, (580)-774-3267.  Reservation requests should be submitted to the OIA at least 10 days in advance of the event or activity.

The room is reserved for OIA on Homecoming and Parent's Day.

The room is reserved twice per football season for the Athletic Association, to be used on game days.  The Association will notify the OIA of dates selected.

     Daily Use Fees (includes clean-up costs): 

1. Non-university organizations:
   $350.00 on non-game (football) days
   $600.00 on football game days
2. University organizations:
   $200.00   (Part or all may be waived by the University President or his/her designee.)
