The Hospitality Industry is a very diverse business that offers a variety of career paths in several distinct operations. The largest segment in Hospitality is the restaurant/food service industry. This particular segment can be an important component in the other major segments of Lodging and Gaming or stand alone. The Lodging segment is the next largest area of opportunity in hospitality. Finally we have a growing, aggressive segment in Gaming that is offering opportunity in all three segments as many new casino operations opt for elaborate lodging, restaurant and entertainment features into their gaming complex. The very nature of this industry has provided SWOSU with the opportunity to offer three Degree Options within the HRGM program:
| Restaurant Management Hospitality Management Gaming Management |
