Graduate School
SWOSU graduates in criminal justice have the opportunity to further their education through academic work at SWOSU or other universities. We have had considerable success in placing our students in graduate schools offering both Master's and Doctoral degrees, including counseling, sociology, and criminal justice programs. Our graduates have received research or teaching assistantships as well. Those who desire to teach at the university level or acquire additional education beyond the B.A. degree are encouraged to discuss their plans with the faculty.
Other students have gained admission to law school after completion of their criminal justice degree at SWOSU.
