Private Calendar - Room Reservations for Student Organizations
The Private Calendar is used to manage room reservations. Every event or activity held in a room on campus REQUIRES a room reservation placed on the Private Calendar.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO RESERVE A ROOM.
Step #1: Submit an event using the online form to reserve a room.
Step #2: Once you receive an e-mail saying your event has been approved, check on the Private Calendar that the room reservation is correct. Contact Jordan Selman (firstname.lastname@example.org or 774.3767) if any modifications need to be made.
Step #3 - For Student Organizations: Turn in a green sheet to the Dean of Students office for approval.
