Medical Professions Club
Professional,Service

The Medical Professions Club is open to any student who is interested in entering a medical field (Pre-Medical, P.A., Dental, Optometry, OT, PT, Nursing, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Radiology, etc.). It is not specific to any department, and everyone is welcome.

This club provides opportunities for students to participate in service activities to help build their resumes for professional school applications, as well as to contribute to the community.

The club invites speakers from professional schools and various medical careers to provide information about entrance requirements, educational curricula, and the day-to-day activities of being a health care professional.

Lastly, this club provides the means for students to interact with and ask questions of other students working to enter similar medical fields after completion of pre-requisite requirements and/or degrees at SWOSU.

Overall, this club provides a sense of purpose, hope, and fellowship to aspiring SWOSU students.
