Department Goals and Mission

The Department of Industrial & Engineering Technology provides students the opportunity to prepare for professional opportunities in industry and education. 

Specifically, we:

  1. deliver broad based technical programs that allow our graduates to accommodate new and advancing technologies;
  2. prepare an adequate work force to meet area state and regional demands for technology in industry and education; and
  3. maintain quality curriculum content, faculty, equipment, and facilities to meet the standards set by the appropriate state and national accrediting agencies
