CD/DVD Duplication Services

The Office of Web Site Management offers CD/DVD duplication services to campus departments and organizations.

CD/DVD Contents and Format

The requesting department must provide the original “master” CD/DVD to be copied. The Office of Web Site Management is not responsible for developing the contents of the disc. In addition, the requesting department assumes responsibility for meeting all legal and copyright requirements.

Requesting departments also assume the responsibility that the master CD/DVD has been created in such a way that it will play properly in all readers. Also, no multisession masters should be sent for duplication.

Pricing

All duplicating projects will have a $10.00 setup fee.

Duplication services must be paid for with a purchase order or charged to a department’s account.

Frequently Asked Questions

• What is the expected turnaround time?
  • The quantity requested will determine the turnaround time. The equipment used can duplicate and print up to 400 copies per day.
• Can we supply our own media for duplication?
  • Due to the nature of the printing process, you must use the CD/DVD media supplied by the Office of Web Site Management
• Will the label be water resistant?
  • The ink used is not water resistant and will run or smear if it comes in contact with water.
