Wednesday 5:30 p.m.

Blended class (Beginning/Intermediate)

Thursday 6:30 a.m.

Getting focused and in tune with the body while getting active. Leave relaxed and motivated with the dynamic fitness we call Yoga. All levels of fitness are encouraged; beginner to advanced, all progressing together as a class. Targeted areas of fitness: flexibility, mobility, balance and muscular endurance.

HEAT Class

Instructor: Sydney Monkres

Monday & Wednesday 7 p.m.

Tuesday & Thursday 7 p.m.

HEAT is a sports-focused form of training that teaches your body to efficiently use its energy sources for maximum athletic output. Benefits of taking a HEAT class include increasing speed and overall fitness, building lean muscle and improving agility.
