Event Description:
Oklahoma Art Council & Southwestern Oklahoma State University have partnered with Washita Battlefield National Museum to bring a creative experience to make a pair of custom moccasins. George Levi and Creg Lee Hart are Southern Cheyenne Artists that will guide you through four sessions to create your moccasins. This event is being hosted at three different locations: SWOSU in Weatherford, SWOSU in Sayre, and the Washita Visitor Center in Cheyenne, Ok. There is a limit to 30 participants per location. So sign-up soon to reserve your spot. Please see the attached flyer for additional scheduling and contact information.
