"We’re happy to welcome these students into the program," said SWOSU-Sayre Radiologic Technology Director Jess Parker.
According to Parker, program admission is competitive. The 21 students who were admitted were selected from a large pool of individuals who applied and sat for interviews before a panel of medical and educational professionals.
The two-year Radiologic Technology program includes classroom instruction as well as on-site clinical experience. Students eventually sit for a national certification exam.
The fall semester begins August 20, and enrollment for all classes is underway. For more information about SWOSU-Sayre classes, call 580.928.5533 or visit www.swosu.edu/sayre.
