SWOSU Presenting Live Theatre Radio Show this Sunday

*** Broken component ***

After the success of the Fall 2020 broadcast, Southwestern Oklahoma State University’s Department of Art, Communication and Theatre will present another live radio show in partnership with Wright Wradio this Sunday, February 28.

Anthony E. Palermo’s Inspector Rufflethorpe – “The Twitshyre Murder Case” will air live on 95.5 FM The Coyote and from the SWOSU Hilltop Theatre in Weatherford.  The radio show will be staged and broadcast at 7 p.m.

Inspector Rufflethorpe is a 1938-style mystery drama like The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes.  This program is a classic British detective story, the type set in an English manor – with a fresh corpse and long list of eccentric suspects.  In this episode, “The Twitshyre Murder Case,” Inspector Rufflethorpe of Scotland Yard—along with his assistant Sgt. Frimly— are called to a country manor in Margate to investigate the mysterious death of Lod Archibald Farquhar-Bensington.  There is a ghostly sѐance, a series of baffling murders, and a monument to deductive logic where the culprit is finally unmasked.

The SWOSU theatre company is comprised of voice actors, technicians, sound effects artists and designers.
