Candidates Prepare for Upcoming Miss SWOSU Event

Nine Southwestern Oklahoma State University coeds will compete for the title of Miss SWOSU at this year's competition this Saturday, January 29, at 7 p.m. in the Fine Arts Center on the Weatherford campus.

Tickets are available from any of the candidates as well as the SWOSU Public Relations/Marketing Office in Administration Building 205. Tickets are $10 for the public and $5 for individuals with an SWOSU I.D. card. All tickets at the door will be $15.

There are five candidates ages 12-17 competing Saturday night for the Miss SWOSU’s Outstanding Teen title. They are: Kya Carpenter, Cordell; Gabrielle Clayton, Clinton; Leah Hoyt, Cache; Zoey Martin, Woodward; and Emma Youngblood, Comanche.
