Senior Recitals Planned at SWOSU

Southwestern Oklahoma State University 's Department of Music will sponsor several upcoming senior recitals by various SWOSU students on the Weatherford campus. They include:

  • Pam Yost of Ponca City will have a cello recital on Friday, April 21, at 7 p.m. in Room 101 of the Music Building . Assisting Yost will be Yiu Ka Chan, piano; Angela Krieger and Kathy Dobrinski, cello. Yost is a student of Kathy Dobrinski and a graduate of Ponca City High School .
  • Lyndsey Hines of Sulphur will have a vocal recital on Sunday, April 23, at 7 p.m. in Room 101 of the Music Building . Hines is a vocal student of Charles Klingman and is a graduate of Sulphur High School .
  • Ashley Kenny of Moore will perform a guitar recital on Saturday, April 29, at 3 p.m. in the Fine Arts Center lobby. Kenny is a student of Dr. Robert Chambers and a graduate of Moore High School .
  • Thomas Joseph Cortes of Moore will perform a trombone recital on Saturday, April 29, at 4 p.m. in Room 101 of the Music Building . Cortes is a student of Dr. Robert Chambers and a graduate of Moore High School .
  • Charity Morris of Walters will perform a vocal recital on Saturday, April 29, at 7:30 p.m. in Room 101 of the Music Building . Morris is a vocal student of Jonathan Stewart and is a graduate of Walters High School .
  • Chris Roland of Altus will perform a tuba recital on Sunday, April 30, at 3 p.m. in Room 101 of the Music Building . Roland will be assisted by Dr. Terry Segress and Dr. Dennis Widen. He is a student of Segress and a graduate of Altus High School .
  • Jennifer Mansour of Edmond and Amanda Isenbart of Alva will perform junior recitals at 7 p.m. on Sunday, April 30, at 7 p.m. in Room 101 of the Music Building. Mansour will be performing on piano. She is a student of Dr. James Breckenridge. Isenbart is a vocal student of Charles Klingman and is a graduate of Alva High School .
  • Dakota Horn will perform his graduate trombone recital on Monday, May 1, at 7 p.m. in Room 101 of the Music Building . Horn is a student of Dr. Robert Chambers and is a graduate of Carnegie High School .
