New Lyric String Quartet Plans SWOSU Concert This Thursday


The New Lyric String Quartet will perform this Thursday, September 28, at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford.

The concert is being sponsored by the SWOSU Department of Music.

Admission is free and the public is invited. The concert will be at 7 p.m. in Room 101 of the Music Building on the SWOSU campus.

The New Lyric String Quartet is comprised of Oklahoma City residents who are either current or former members of the Oklahoma City Philharmonic. Members of the quartet are Lacey McLarry, violin; David Robillard, violin and piano; Royce McLarry, viola; and Valorie Tatge, cello. Robillard teaches as an adjunct professor of applied violin in the SWOSU Music Department.
