Tuition Hearing Planned April 18 at SWOSU

A tuition hearing has been scheduled for this Wednesday, April 18, on the Southwestern Oklahoma State University campus in Weatherford.

The hearing is for the purpose of receiving views and comments on the subject of tuition and fees charged students as a condition for enrollment.

The hearing will be held in conjunction with the SWOSU Student Government Association meeting at 5:30 p.m. in Stafford Center 104. Students—as well as the general public—are invited to attend the hearing.

Tom Fagan, vice president for administration and finance, will conduct the hearing. SWOSU students and the general public will have the opportunity to discuss and share opinions with administrators about possible tuition increases this fall.

Any increases in tuition and fees at SWOSU are first approved by the Regional University System of Oklahoma and then by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education.
