Model UN Class at SWOSU Plans Dinner


The Model United Nations class at Southwestern Oklahoma State University is holding a banquet on Thursday, February 7, to raise part of the money to help the students participate in the National Model United Nations (NMUN) in New York City.

 The banquet will be at 7 p.m. in the Memorial Student Center Ballroom on the SWOSU campus. Cost is $20 for the steak meal.

Sponsor Kenneth Tillett said the topic of the evening is “The Importance of the United Nations to the United States of America.” There will be live entertainment and a guest speaker.
