SWOSU Orchestra Plans Tuesday Concert


The Southwestern Oklahoma State University Symphony Orchestra will present a concert this Tuesday, October 13, on the Weatherford campus.

The 8:15 p.m. concert will be held in the Fine Arts Center lobby. Admission is free, and the public is invited.

The music will include Piano Concerto No. 2 in G Minor by Saint-Saëns, featuring on piano SWOSU faculty Dr. Sophia Lee; Eine kleine Nachtmusik für Streichinstrumente by Mozart; Our Town by Copland; Symphony No. 4 in A by Mendelssohn; and Danse Macabre by Saint-Saëns. 

The orchestra is conducted by Maestro Robert Chambers.  The graduate assistant is Pam Almack.
