SWOSU President to Participate in Oklahoma Forum TV Program

SWOSU President Beutler 

SWOSU President Randy Beutler will appear on this Sunday’s (May 15) television show Oklahoma Forum, a 30-minute public affairs program on OETA—The Oklahoma Network.

Beutler will serve on a panel to discuss higher education with Oklahoma Higher Education Chancellor Glenn Johnson and two other university presidents.  Dick Pryor serves as moderator.

The program airs at 1 p.m. on OETA and will also appear starting this Friday on OETA’s website at www.oeta.tv/okforum.  

Mickie Smith, production manager of the program, said the panel will discuss budgets and how both state and federal budgets are affecting university budgets. Other topics will include the endowed chair program, guns on campus, job placement and remedial classes.
