Charter Buses Planned for SWOSU Football Game at NSU on October 29

Charter buses are being organized to transport football fans to Southwestern Oklahoma State University’s football game at Northeastern State University on Saturday, October 29, in Tahlequah.

The SWOSU Bulldogs will take on the NSU Riverhawks at 2 p.m.

SWOSU Dean of Students Cindy Dougherty said the first charter trip to Alva earlier this year was so successful that the Collegiate Activities Board wanted to do another trip. Cost is only $15 that includes the bus trip, dinner at the Code Blue tailgate lunch and a ticket to the game.  The bus is not limited to SWOSU students, so parents, friends and fans are invited to participate.

As part of the trip, a lucky SWOSU student in SWOSU gear will win a new laptop computer that will be given away at halftime.

Tickets are available in the SWOSU Dean of Students office in the Stafford Center or at the CAB table at the upcoming SWOSU homecoming football game.

The buses with Wi-Fi will leave from the SWOSU Milam Stadium west parking lot at 7:45 a.m. and return home at approximately 8 p.m. that night.
