Biology Seminar this Wednesday Focuses on Bees

The Southwestern Oklahoma State University Department of Biological Sciences’ Seminar Series will open the spring semester with a presentation from Dr. Victor Gonzalez this Wednesday, January 16, at 4 p.m. in Room 212 of the Old Science Building.

The discussion is open to the general public,  and everyone is invited.

Dr. Gonzalez’s seminar will focus on the evolutionary history and diversification of bees. His fascination for the insects led to further involvement in other research fields including evolutionary ecology, behavioral ecology, pollination biology and ethnobiology.
