Raetz and Mazur Win Scholarships and Awards at Miss Oklahoma Pageant

Hailey Raetz of Hydro (Hinton High School), reigning Miss Southwestern Oklahoma State University, and Evan Mazur of Cache, Miss SWOSU’s Outstanding Teen, won scholarships and awards at the Miss Oklahoma Pageant that ended June 7  in Tulsa.

Miss Southwestern Pageant Director Debbie Brown said Raetz and Mazur were wonderful ambassadors of SWOSU, and she was proud of their hard work and dedication.

Raetz won $900 in scholarship funds. She received a $500 non-finalist talent award and a $400 non-finalist award. Mazur was awarded the People’s Choice Award for the Top 11, the Duke of Edinburgh Silver Medal, and a $300 non-finalist award. She also received a $2,000 tuition waiver to SWOSU.

The Miss Southwestern Pageant was also recognized with an award for the most scholarships raised by a single pageant.
