Dan Haerle Quartet Performing Free Concert this Thursday at SWOSU

Pianist Dan Haerle will bring his quartet to SWOSU this Thursday for a free concert.

An outstanding jazz group—the Dan Haerle Quartet—will perform in concert this Thursday, November 13, on the Southwestern Oklahoma State University campus in Weatherford.

The free concert begins at 7 p.m. in the Berrong Recital Hall.  

The group is led by pianist Dan Haerle and includes drummer Ed Soph, saxophonist Brad Leali and bassist Bob Bowman.  

Prior to the 7 p.m. performance, the quartet will be give separate rhythm section and jazz saxophone masterclasses at 4 p.m. Both classes are free and open to the public.

Haerle, Soph and Leali all teach in the jazz program at the University of North Texas while Bowman is part of the University of Missouri/Kansas City Faculty Jazztet.
