The 2024/2025 Annual Student Assessment Report is due. Please respond to the questionnaire below so that I can include your program(s) in the final report. Please provide complete responses, and note that direct quotes may be used in the final report.  Thank you so much for your cooperation.

For the first part of this questionnaire, be prepared to respond to the following questions:
  • How many graduates are in this program?
  • Does the program require licensure/certification?
  • Please list assessment tools used, number of individuals assessed, and number of students passing (if applicable).
  • What were the analyses and findings from the 2024-2025 program outcomes assessment?
  • What instructional changes occurred or are planned in the program due to program outcomes assessment?
  • Is there an event the Faculty Development Committee can consider planning that will help improve the outcomes of this program?
  • What requests would help improve the outcomes of this program that might affect the SWOSU University budget (within reason)?

Annual Assessment Reports are required for Program and University accreditation purposes.  Program Reports, Program Reviews, and Student Learning Outcomes assessment evidence also support HLC Criterion 4.
