Do you meet the Admissions Criteria?
- Retention GPA 2.5 or above.
- Holds a valid unencumbered LPN license.
- Students should aim to have no more than 12 hours of prerequisite courses left at the time of application, and acceptance is contingent upon completion of specific pre-requisites prior to entrance into the program.
- Students must be current legal residents of the state of Oklahoma. We do not currently accept out-of-state students.
- Nonresidents of the United States may check with International Students, to determine your eligibility to attend this program.
