This job description will also be given to the judges to refer to as they are selecting the candidate that best exemplifies these qualities to be Miss SWOSU’s Outstanding Teen.

- Maintain a healthy lifestyle
- Maintain a lifestyle that is appropriate for a teen role model
- Serve as a representative and ambassador for SWOSU
- Keep an open line of communication with the Director and board of directors
- Engage in and participate in personal appearances as needed throughout the year of service
- Have the flexibility to travel to meetings, activities and events associated with the Teen and Miss programs throughout the year
- Promote your chosen platform during your year of service
- Maintain high scholastic goals
- Handle the responsibilities of the job with maturity
