Nine years of experience working in telecommunication and pharmaceutical industries. Primarily, I worked consulting small businesses, installing information systems, and then was as a corporate trainer.
After completing a masters degree in counseling, I worked as a psychotherapist and career counselor for 6 years.
Since graduating with my doctorate in 2003, I have taught at: Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania; University of North Carolina at Charlotte; Oklahoma State University; and Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
Areas of Specialization: Organizational Behavior and Business Strategy
Research interest: Using film in the classroom; Dual relationships and conflicts of interest in the workplace; Organizational downsizing processes; Employee attitudes; and Corporate governance.
Community, Professional, and Academic involvement: BASS, the Academy of Management, and SWOSU Faculty Senate.
