We are excited that you are considering becoming a Miss SWOSU Teen candidate. It is
important to meet all of the requirements and to meet the November 1 deadline date
for all forms and documents.
Miss Teen Requirements
- Local Competition for MISS/TEEN
Teens competing on the local level (starting summer 2023) will be assessed a $75 local fee to be paid when completing the Local Competition Form. - Miss SWOSU Candidate Form that includes uploading the following documents:
- Resume (instructions)
- 5x7 photo
- Birth Certificate
- Proof of health insurance
- High School or Middle school Transcript
- Signed Social Impact Statement (sample and instructions)
- Talent Form
- Solicit three scholoarship patrons (Cash or checks payable to Miss SWOSU Scholarship Competition)
- Sell tickets to the Miss SWOSU competition
