SWOSU's Doctor of Pharmacy program provides a dynamic educational environment for students to develop the personal, professional, and intellectual skills needed to advance the profession of pharmacy.
The SWOSU College of Pharmacy will be hosting a Pharmacy Day for high school juniors and seniors on Wednesday, March 6th from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. This program will consist of hands-on, interactive lab activities conducted by faculty and students at the College of Pharmacy as well as prizes, giveaways, and lunch provided at the SWOSU Student Union.
There is a 60-student limit, and it is first-come, first-served. To facilitate students from multiple schools, each school will be limited to five students. Students can register directly, or school officials can register students online: https://swosu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_6QEGzNbNbrbuYMC
Established in 1939, the College of Pharmacy at SWOSU has positioned itself as one of the best educational values for pharmacy in the nation. Given the nationwide shortage of both pharmacists and pharmacy students, this is a great time to consider the profession. The goal is to educate high school students about the pharmacy program at SWOSU and the many exciting opportunities currently available to graduates with a pharmacy degree.
