Oklahoma Resident
Students must be current legal residents of the state of Oklahoma and have either an Oklahoma LPN license or a multistate license that allows the student to practice nursing within Oklahoma. We do not currently accept out-of-state students.
GPA
Retention GPA 2.5 or above
LPN License
Holds a valid unencumbered LPN license by the time the application portal closes
NACE Exams
Complete both NACE exams with at least a 70%
Clinicals
Students must be available to attend clinicals on the days that clinicals are reserved.
Prerequisites
