Pricing & Availability
SWOSU’s Wellness Center is available on a limited basis for retreats on the rock wall, banquets in the Wellness Center Sky Box, or dances on the gym floor. The size of the facility is 72,000 square feet. All organizations not affiliated with SWOSU will be required to honor the rental rates.
RENTAL RATES
SWOSU student organizations may reserve space free of charge. All reservations must be scheduled through SWOSU Trumba including information for the date, time, contact, and set-up needed for the event.
Food or drink ARE NOT ALLOWED in any location in the Wellness Center except in the snack area.
Other groups may contact the Wellness Center Manager for information on space availability. We encourage you to consider the Pioneer Events Center as an alternative venue as the Wellness Center’s availability for outside groups is extremely limited.
- Entire Facility - $2000 per day
- *Please note that SWOSU students and employees will still have access to the facility
- Sky Box (AKA- Bulldog Suite) - $500 per day (no hourly rental available)
- Court Rentals - $250 for 2hrs per court
- Classrooms are no longer available to rent.
- Rock Wall-
- Rate is determined by size of group
- $15 per person for one hour
- $20 per person for two hours
*PLEASE NOTE- There could be additional charges if the rental request is approved for hours outside of the scheduled hours of operation in order to cover the cost of staff and/or custodial coverage. Regular facility hours can be found here: SWOSU Wellness Center | SWOSU
- SWOSU Employee Spouse membership - $20 a month; Please see Human Resources to complete the application and set up payroll deduction

Directions
From the West
Take I-40 to Weatherford Exit 80A. Follow the curve (you are on Main St.) and continue to Broadway St.. Turn left onto Broadway St. and travel north to the Wellness Center located across the street from Black Kettle Hall.
From the East
Take I-40 toward Weatherford and take the Airport Road Exit 84. Take the first left onto East Main access road until you reach the first stop sign. Continue straight (west) which turns into Davis St. Follow Davis St. until you reach Sandpiper Road. Turn left on to Sandpiper until you reach the SWOSU Wellness Center on the west side of the road.
